After texting him door measurements and a few pictures of the work to be done, George gave me an instant (and accurate) quote. A few days later, his team showed up after letting me know that day that they were running an hour behind. The delay didn't bother me, and I appreciated their prompt communication. Once they showed up, they went right to work, installing one new opener and servicing both doors (new springs on one door) -- finishing in about 1 hour.
