"Called Excalibur and a gentlemen came to inspect the damage. After about 1 1/2 hours' inspection, I was given the assessment of damage and costs to repair and replace damaged areas. We set an appointment and they came at the determined time. The crew worked all day to replace and repair areas on roof, as was written in the inspection report. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after their work. Excalibur is a great company to work with and I feel very confident recommending them for any roof repair work.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Michael was great.  One of the new fans was defective and he offered to return it to Home Depot as I had other repair men coming to the home that day.  I did pay him for the extra time (very little).  He was on time and he did return the following week to do other electronic repairs.   Very nice man that you can trust and does not charge an arm and a leg.  He is my new electrician from now on.
I have this fan in the family room and it was too low.  He is the only person that said that he could raise by removing the shaft... Very pleased.

"Bought voucher and received message in Angie's List inbox from vendor. Called vendor, but they were busy, they called me back later. They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."

"I was not thrilled with him. He did what was asked of him, but he left some things undone. He put the door in and put a doggie door in the door. He framed the door, but he did not replace the trim and he did a bad job on the stucco outside. The door wasn't great. I think he was a little expensive. He bought the door and we paid him for that plus labor. I wouldn't call him again."

"They were extremely professional. I got a fast call back and Diego came out to do a quick inspection. He found other tiles that were either split or starting to fall. He also found a corner area that the compound was gone. Gave a me VERY reasonable estimate. I gave them go ahead and Diego repaired everything. He was VERY professional and even explain what he did. He also went beyond and patched a few small areas that he found when he was up there with no added cost. Diego also suggested that I have the roof inspected every couple of years and you can be sure I will call Diego for that. Once the again, they are awesome and professional."
