"It was very hard to schedule. They could never come at a time that was convenient for me. It took months to decide on a day and time. I took time off work to be home. The day they were supposed to come they emailed and said they were sick and couldn't make it. Then they decided they would be able to come on a Saturday that was convenient for me. It ended up raining that weekend so I called to cancel and reschedule. Again, no Saturdays available. Again I scheduled on a week day and took time out of work. They were supposed to show up at 10:00am. I got a call at 10:30 that they were late. They didn't show up until 11:30. I was told the screens would be done for free because of the scheduling conflict. They forgot until I reminded them. The first time I hired them all the windows were done in my house. This time they said I paid for only 15 windows and that did not include 2 of the windows in my house. I would need to pay an additional $18 to have those done. I told them not to do the 2 extra windows. Then they decided since they were late they would "throw in" the 2 extra windows for no charge. It was just a hassle with this company from the get-go. Plus, a candle in my bedroom got knocked over and was broken. I guess the price is right. And that may be the only reason I would hire them again."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
