"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"They did exactly as they told me, they were on time , only charged for one service call even though they came twice and the price very reasonable . But, the main thing was the communication, keeping me informed on the progress of the parts ordered, even sent a picture by text when it arrived. Both times the serviceman, Ronald came, I received a text asking what time I would like to schedule his appointment, another text when he was headed my way along with his picture, a picture of the van he drove, and how long he had worked for the company. When he arrive, he was very professional and courteous, accessed the problem in very little time, then placed the order for the part. I told them, I need my oven working for Thanksgiving. The part was overnighted arrived on Wednesday morning, he arrived that afternoon replaced the part and was done. The owner Greg called me to check to see if we were pleased, if the oven was working properly and to say Happy Thanksgiving! I have not experienced any service like this ever, a lot of other businesses should take note, this is how business should be run and what all customers are looking for Kudos to Mr. Appliance. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this.
