They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. I should also note that a week or so after they repaired the issue in my home, I received a follow up call to check on the status of the repair and to make sure that the plumbers that had been dispatched to my home had acted in a professional way. I've never had a plumber (or any repair service) do a follow up like this. I was very impressed. "My husband and I had used this company before and were pleased with the services. However, this costly repair of replacing a leaking kitchen and bathroom faucet (over $500) was not so pleasing. The repairman did not complete a plumbing safety checklist as indicated in the authorization. nor did he explain the membership offer as stated in the authorization. The bottom line is that my husband and I had to complete repairs which included replacing a kitchen sink that had rusted out (which I asked the repairman if it needed to be replaced), replacing sink gaskets that had dry rotted and split and replacing a rusted outlet pipe that had a 2" inch hole that leaked! My concerns about the work done were addressed by the service manager and the company agreed to reimburse us a portion of the payment. I would recommend this company based on our previous experience with them. However, I would highly recommend that you ask questions, observe the work as it is being done, and thoroughly inspect the completed job before the repairman leaves!"
