"It could not have gone better. The crew came on time and worked late each day. A few days were extremely hot, but they worked through it. When the job was finished, two neighbors told me that they watched the progress, and each neighbor commented that the crew was very hard working. One said, "I've never seen such a hard-working crew. Each person knew his specific job and they worked together seamlessly." Also, several neighbors have stopped me to say that they love the look of the new roof and new gutters."

"Christian was wonderful. He went beyond our expectations to ensure our gutters were repaired and in great working condition. So happy we chose to work with him!"

"I hired JFB Construction, Inc to inspect my gutters. JFB Construction was very professional, on time, and answered all questions that I had. I would hired them again."

"Could not have picked a better comoany. Contacted Fox the manager Tony came out gave me a price and had my gutters on later that day! Unbelievable service and Matthew and Pedro were terrific. I would highly recommend this company!"

"One of their professionals came out to my home and gave me an estimate and described what work they would do on a part of my roof that was not working correctly. I was totally impressed with the work they did to fix this, I had them come out and roof and gutter my garage. I am very glad with my decision to use FRS Roofing and Gutters."

"The company that cleaned my gutters told me that the fascia board on one side of the house was rotted and needed to be replaced. So, I sought several estimates, including from Mass Gutters and Roofing, which had been recommended on a neighborhood social network website. Instead of picking the cheapest company (heeding the well-known admonition - you get what you pay for), I decided to go with Mass Gutters. When Mark Richardson came to see the house, he pointed out several other issues, including the need to add a gutter in the front of the house over the porch, and the bowing of the wood across the bottom of the porch railing from a lack of support. Based on my conversation with Mark, including his observations, explanations, and suggestions, I felt confident that any work he did would be of excellent quality. I was NOT disappointed! Not only was the fascia board replaced, but the cause of the rotting was determined and eliminated by extending the metal that was too short for adequate protection of the wood. And, in addition to all the work we had discussed, Mark provided a solution to a years-long problem with birds nesting under the roof of the front porch. Metal sheets were installed to prevent them from ever returning. (I look forward to the birds returning next spring, only to discover that they have been permanently evicted!) When the job was completed, Mark checked to be sure that I was happy with the work (I definitely was!) and told me to call him with any questions or problems. Based on my experience, I would unequivocally recommend this business. Mark?s vast construction knowledge, his attention to detail, and focus on customer satisfaction, along with his highly skilled workers, result in quality work for the homeowner."

"Paulo and his team did a great job replacing the wooden gutters on my 1918 Four Square Colonial. I highly recommend!"

"Very pleased. Had trees growing out of the gutters and thought it would be a major job but as far as I could tell, it was just a routine cleaning."

"I was originally told by another company that the gutter needed to be replaced and after discussing the problem with New England Gutter Systems they were able to fix the issues and clean the gutter for hundreds less than a replacement would have cost. They were very prompt and friendly making all the needed repairs quickly after speaking with them. It would have been easy for them to just go with my initial thought of a new gutter but made sure they solved the issues without that added unnecessary expense."

"Team arrived early and worked hard all day to finish up by the end of the day. Left site clean and job looks great. Rob even fixed a piece of rotting wood on the side of the house while they were there. 3 years later no issues."
