He was low pressure and professional, a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the latest products from Simonton, the manufacturer whose windows I wanted to purchase because I've been happy with my previous Simonton purchase. Moreover, his estimate was lower than another one I had received. I needed replacement windows for only half the house as the other half already had newer windows, so this wasn't a huge job. Nonetheless, I was surprised that only one workman was sent and so the job took 2 days to complete. Al was very responsive to my questions and made sure that I was pleased with the end result.
