"Jeremy came out and replaced all of our gutters with seamless gutters recommended larger downspouts. He made the entire new material aesthetically pleasing! Downspouts are flip up for ease of landscaping. He was very honest, reliable and communicative. One of my neighbors even came over to get his contact info for his house. "We purchased the deal to have our gutters cleaned for $99. They scheduled the service date and told me I didn't need to be home. I called 3 times to purchase upgrade to have a section of my gutter with guards on it be cleaned. Got to speak with someone on the 3rd call and was told it would be taken care of. The gutters with the guards do not look like they were touched. The waste stuff was in my flower beds and lawn. This is the quality I get when I pay my nephew, going with a company I had expectations that phone calls would be returned, my request would be taken care of and the waste material would be collected and disposed of and not dropped into the flowers and lawn. This was the first deal I purchased through Angie's list and now I'm skeptical about future purchases. I would like to know more about the "deal" before purchasing deals in the future.

We were extremely pleased with RMZ's work. Ziggy and an employee, Ralph, took many before-and-after photographs in the attic spaces of the units they worked on. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, and their findings agreed with what we had been told by the building inspector. They were able to accommodate our residents' schedules for their initial inspection/estimate as well as the actual repairs, and communicated well by phone and email. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the process, and even fixed a minor problem without charge (they made a separate trip to diagnose and fix the problem, and did not complete any other work in that unit). The photographs helped us see the initial problems (e.g., insulation covering vents, visible condensation) and the steps that Ziggy and Ralph took to correct them (adding baffle rafter vent chutes, clearing existing soffit vents, etc.). We will absolutely work with RMZ in the future for any roofing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

"They were fantastic. Took on a big house, with lots of gutters, and cleaned out all the debris and got it to the curb. Even ran water through the gutters to clean out the last bits of detritus, and took photos of what they had done. Very highly recommended."

"He was okay, not perfect but good. On a 10 point scale, it's probably 7. In the basement sink, there's a wood block to kind of prop up the faucet so it just doesn't look that great. The finishing is not that good but it worked so it's 90% of what we wanted. It's not 100%. The other thing that happened was there was a confusion on the date so we thought he was coming the week before he came. We were without an outdoor faucet for 2 weeks. Price was fair."

"It did not go well. The description on the site was that he would do a blower door and would use an infrared gun to be able to look at the insulation pockets in our home. He was unable to do either one of those things. He did not have the right equipment to be able to do what he had advertised being able to do. He was somewhat prompt. But then, I asked him to do this stuff. When he came out initially he said, he was unable to. He said he would be trying to get his equipment replaced or repaired and he would get in touch with us. That never happened."
