"Steve and his crew were amazing.  From the quote to the finished product we couldn't be happier with our gutters.  The old gutters were getting pretty bad and Steve came out to provide a quote the next day.  He explained that many companies install gutters with spikes and ferrules which can become weak overtime.  Steve showed me first hand their screw hangers that go into the joists of the roof which provide a much stronger gutter that you can set ladder on without fear of damaging the gutter.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and they arrived on time and quickly ripped off the old gutters.  They had to replace some fascia as it was rotted out but they were quick to address the issues and confirmed with us any additional cost.  By mid afternoon they were done and on their way.  They cleaned up place and even blew off our decks.

A couple of weeks later we got our first rain and we had a leak.  These things happen.  But I called up Steve and he sent someone out to fix the problem.  Gutters work great now.  Definitely tell everyone who asks about All About Gutters / Gutterglove of WA, LLC.  Thankfully gutters last a long time but if I ever am in the need for new gutters I know who to call.

"Have hired the Home a Team for about 4 years running to do gutter or roof cleaning. Have always had good experiences & our most recent experience maintained that trend. In December, we took advantage of one of their Fall Specials to have them remove leaves from our (steep, composite) roof, clean the gutters and (woot!) clean the 1st & 2nd fl. windows, solar tubes & skylights. Also apply a zinc phosphate moss treatment. Because it was December, owner Bob let me know that the work was dependent on above-freezing temperatures and, indeed, the week of our job, temps dropped so we rescheduled but that was all communicated clearly & easily. I was fine with that (the only person who needs to be scampering around my roof in the snow is Santa) and we just postponed things a week. (Home Team sends a PDF with comprehensive info on what to move, what to cover, etc. to prepare for roof and/or gutter cleaning, well in advance of the job). On the appointed day, Juan showed up right on time. He was friendly, conscientious and worked very hard all day. The roof looks great (thoroughly cleaned) the gutters flow freely and the windows & skylights are sparkling. While Juan was working on the back of the house, he noticed there a slippery film on our composite deck so offered to clean that off as well. It was a much appreciated bonus. The work was finished by early afternoon and Juan and I walked the yard to be sure I was satisfied. I was. Clean up was thorough. It was a good experience and I am happy to recommend the Home Team to others."
