"After getting recommendations and checking Angie's list, I called Rich Reimer of Custom Craft Environmental. Rich was very cooperative and came almost right away. He outlined what he was going to do and after we agreed, he and his crew immediately started to go to work. After vacuuming up as much of the water as possible, they set up huge dehumidifiers and 25 fans to finish the drying. They also sprayed chemicals to prevent mold and to disinfect the flooring; this they did several times during the next days. We had a lot of stuff in our basement and there was a lot to move up off the floor. Rich and his men were extremely helpful and careful with our belongings and never once did they complain about the amount of things they had to move. Rich came back numerous times during the drying out process to check on the progress and to move furniture and fans around for better coverage - for that care we were most grateful. When things were finally dry, we had Steve, one of Rich's crew, shampoo our carpet and he did a great job in spite of all the challenges caused by having to move a lot of furniture, etc. All in all, Custom Craft did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to work with Rich and his crew."

"We had gutters and gutter guards installed. They did a very professional job in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again."

"Argo was extremely helpful! I needed two cracked glass replaced ASAP and he was able to help me out the next day. He came on time, did an excellent job hanging both glasses quickly and he is a super professionally. I will be telling friends and family about them! And will also be using them in the future when I move. Thank you Argo windows and door repair. I really appreciate your help."

"Purchased Angie's deal.  It was a bit difficult coordinating the appointment. After that, the original appointment was cancelled last minute due to worker injury  Owner promptly rescheduled for the following week with someone else.  I received courtesy call and workers showed up on time. Gutters on a small ranch home were cleaned in under 30 minutes.  The equipment left more of a mess at the back of my house than I'd anticipated. (On siding, windows and objects below.) In all fairness, the gutters were in bad shape with lots of accumulated debris. This is the first time I've had gutters cleared  on our newly purchased house, so this may just be a common side effect of the work. I have no basis of comparison. Overall, the experience was good and I feel like I paid a fair price.

"He took before and after pictures of problems requiring fixes. I had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. There were numerous nail heads not caulked. Gaps between chimney a flashing, some cracks in top of chimney cap, and misc other issues. He took care of everything. He inspected my ridge vent and showed me pictures of damage done by an animal, probably a raccoon, where shingle taps on the top of the ridge vent had been torn off. There were teeth marks in some shingles on top of vent. He quoted me a price to come back to repair the damaged areas. The price for that was very fair and I had him come back and do the additional work. Very satisfied with the entire experience."

"Very impressed with their work. They answered all my roofing questions. A spotless clean up. Also the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!"

"Tim did a great job, the price was nearly half of what 3 others quoted and they look great.  I will certainly be calling Badger Gutters and Trim again when i need work done

"We had a lot of communication with Cory before the job started to make sure we were on the same page with what we wanted to have done.  All of our phone calls and emails were returned right away.  We were on vacation when they started the job, but Cory kept us up to date with what was happening and even sent us a picture of the first day.  When we got home from vacation, we were impressed with how things went while we were gone.  They were still working on the roof and replacing the windows, and the crew was at our house early every morning and stayed late on a couple of days.  Replacing a roof is a messy job, but they kept our yard, street, and driveway clear of debris, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put away before they left each day.  The dumpster was removed the day after they were done with it.  Throughout the entire process, the crew that was working on the house was always open to answering any questions we had, and even helped us replace some siding before the gutters went on.  This was definitely a company that I would recommend to my family and friends.  From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and was handled professionally, and our house looks great!"

"My impression of Josh is that (unlike most contractors that I have dealt with) he is an honest person who tries really hard to provide an excellent product for his customers. So far, I am really happy with my new roof and gutters. I feel like I got a very high quality roof system for the price of an average quality roof. A couple of things worth noting are 1) Josh is well trained in how to properly vent an attic, 2) JRV is big operation, they showed up (on time) with a big crew and finished the tear off, roof installation and (thorough) clean up in two days, and 3) Josh contracts out the gutter work (he was upfront about this), fortunately, his "gutter guys" did excellent work as well."
