"Our house had original aluminum windows that leaked air badly.  We selected Ramco double hung windows after getting quotes from 7 window suppliers.  Once we decided to spend what was necessary to get quality windows and installation, the entire process was effortless and enjoyable.  Kristin did a great job ordering & confirming the windows and scheduling the installation. I was home during the installation, but really didn't need to be.  There was nothing I would have had them do differently.
