"Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. "Waldo and his guys were honest and straightforward in evaluating my sewer problem: they told me what needed to be done and as importantly, what didn't need to be done. Another company came out and stated that the entire line had to be replaced, even though most of it is PVC since a remodel in the 90s. Waldo answered my questions directly, telling me how they would approach it and what could happen that would involve more work and therefore most cost. Even with these caveats their bid was anywhere from 20 to 60% cheaper than other bids we got. They sent me a video of the completed work showing replacement of the broken pipe as well as the rest of the sewer line. With the five year warranty, I feel peace of mind and confidence that they will stand by their work. If there is any downside, it's that they are very busy so sometimes it takes a bit to get back to you. But I never felt put off or neglected. Definitely will use them in the future for any plumbing work that comes up."
