"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"We hired Brant and his team at Baker Building Services for a "small" kitchen remodel. What we loved was that from the first time he visited our house, Brant listened to what we wanted and also looked around our kitchen and provided his input on what he thought we could do to enhance our original suggestion/plan. While the remodel was bigger and more expensive than what we had original planned, we are incredibly happy with the final result. Brant and his team (Dawson, John, Albert, etc) transformed our kitchen in about a month. They listened to what we wanted, they provided their input when we asked for it and they gave us time to make our decisions and ensured that all of our questions were answered along the way. They took their work seriously and ensured it met our expectations for high quality. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home. "Job was complete but not efficiently or timely. Owner consideration for scheduling is terrible. No show/no call multiple times after I took off work to be available. Wanted 1/2 of total cost upfront and final payment prior to completing the project. Highly unprofessional! On final day was called 20 minutes before crew showed up & crew could not leave fast enough and did not leave the area clean. I will not hire this company again. Not sure why but concrete is also darker and splotchy dots on the surface. Looks very different from other concrete that was installed for another job. When making excuses for the no show, owner referred to another job he was working as "this stupid job"... no a great attitude to have towards the work you have been hired for. Do not hire ? "
