"I sent an email to Elite A/V LLC to see if they could give me an estimate to hook up a new blue ray, to an older home theater system and new tv. They replied back to me within minutes saying it would probably be around $99.00 which I found acceptable and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and explained that because the home theater system was so old they could not connect the new blue ray to it but could only connect it to the TV. Since that was not a good option for me I declined and they were kind enough to not charge me for the service call. I then thought about purchasing another home theater system but they suggested that I use the existing built in ceiling speakers. I had originally not wanted to spend what I thought would be a lot of money to hook those up but after further discussions with Dylan I agreed this was the best route. He was able to provide a receiver and sub-woofer for me or I could have went out and purchased my own. I verified based on his quote and the cost was no more than what I would have paid at Best Buy. We rescheduled for the next day for the install and again they were right on time. Kevin and his partner came out and completed the installation in about 2 ½ hours talking us through the whole process. They had to cut a small hole in the back of the entertainment center so they could attach the wires which I was at first not crazy about but it was very small and behind a closed door so it was a non-issue. The cost came to more than what I had intended to spend at the time but I am so glad that I went with their suggestion. The sound is fantastic, I don’t think we will ever go out to see movies again. I would highly recommend Elite A/V LLC as I felt they were very honest in explaining our options and we did not feel pressured at all on the direction to go. Cost included new receiver, new sub-woofer and installation."

"I had used O’Connor Electric before when I needed to have ceiling fans with lighting installed. Kevin O’Connor is the owner and he is a professional in his job, himself and working with customers. He’s a great communicator and helps you the customer to understand the job in layman terms. Kevin was able to come out on the day required to remove and replace my outdoor flood light above my garage. He arrived at the specified time and was able to job accomplished without a hitch. Since I already had a floodlight and bulb on-hand, it made his job easier. His positive actions allowed me to finish my last job so I can list my house. Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.

"Told me these type of light fixtures are a bit funky. That the fixture was installed correctly, but sometimes the connections in the fixture are problematic. He then said that the cause might be the wall switch. He said he would replace it for $75. While he was outside in his truck, I bent the fixture a little bit and it solved the problem. We told him we did not need a new wall switch and gave him $20 for coming to our house.

"sales person arrived and explained how the wireless system I had purchased was "ok" but a hard wired system would be more reliable. He explained and walked the property and I agreed to his suggestions. The entire process was supposed to take 'about a week' and ended up taking 3 weeks. Approximately 12 holes were make to enable wiring and the company did not do the sheet rock repairs-I had to pay $500 for another person to come in and spend 2 days to take care of closing up. The job itself with equipment is excellent."
