Chose Express Home Services out of the dozen because 1) they were recommended by my energy audit guy, 2) they provided a *very* competitive quote, and 3) they were very responsive to all the questions I had. Essentially, I went with the company that gave me the best value and vibe, and I have no regrets. Everyone that came out and did the install, and the owner, Jeremy, are total pros. I love my new system and I have no qualms using Express Home Services again or recommending Express Home Services for anybody's HVAC needs."

He not only bent over backwards to convince me that his company was the best choice in providing and installing my new AC unit but continued in overwatch to make sure that the job went exactly as what was promised and that I was completely satisfied which I am. I also want to commend both Caesar and Zach S for their technical efforts in making sure that the project went without a hitch. Along with the AC portion of the project, I was impressed by the plumbing side of their company who fulfilled the membership portion of plumbing tasks which were promised within the free 1 year membership which was included in the cost of the AC project. Due to the diligence of Ricky and the rest of the team, I will surely remain a paid member for years to come after the free one year has lapsed. "Chris, who is the owner, came out and evaluated the situation. Since we have a much older AC, we wanted to have the repairs completed instead of the larger expense of a new unit. Chris was punctual, informative about the health and condition of the unit and its working parts in his evaluation, and most of all honest and upfront about what needed to be completed. The work itself was about a 2.5 / 3-hour job. Overall, Chris did a tremendous job and we were very happy with the product and service received for the repair."

"After using this company to replace my rooftop heating/AC unit last year, I started recently having issues with my thermostat not working correctly. Since they had provided good service the last time I immediately thought of contacting them first. I called on Wednesday, and Randy was able to schedule a tech to come out this Saturday, and gave me only a 2 hour window. The tech (John) showed up within the scheduled time and was able to replace my thermostat in an expedient manner. He was very polite and professional.
