"Great job. Needed a motor replacement for whole house fan. Job went well. Clear, concise on what the work was and the cost. Dan was friendly and easy to deal with. Would hire again. Who knew electricians to fix whole house fans?"

"I Highly recommend them. The owner Steve was extremely professional and they completed the job in one day. I had several quotes and his pricing was excellent. He was also able to install my new furnace within a few days of my decision which was wonderful, since died in December. He also took the time to program my new thermostat."

"STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. I hesitate to write this review only because it will only make it harder to get Sergio to conduct electrical work for my house. Sergio was fantastic - clearly dedicated to his profession. Because he was replacing the entire panel, came out to look at it beforehand to make sure he had the parts. No unnecessary time was wasted on the day of installation because he knew what was needed. I have already set up for Sergio to come to do more work at the house!"

"These guys are amazing. The quality and professionalism of their work is excellent. My wife and I are both affiliated with the construction industry and we know the difference between good and bad in this industry. Our new bathroom they built for us in this old house is stunning. I trust them implicitly and would highly recommend them."

FAQs for attic or whole house fan installation projects in Boulder Creek, CA

Installing an attic fan lowers attic temperatures and reduces moisture, protecting stored items and extending the life of roofing materials. It also prevents mold, mildew, and paint deterioration, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort in the home. This type of protection helps you avoid costly repairs in the future and maintains the integrity of your home.

Installing an attic fan may require multiple professionals. A roofing specialist or carpenter can create the vent and mount the fan securely, while a licensed electrician connects the system to the home's electrical supply. A dedicated attic fan installer may be able to tackle all of these areas themselves, so be sure to confirm what services they can provide. Hiring qualified professionals ensures the installation is safe and the attic fan operates reliably.

The lifespan of an attic fan depends on the type and how well it is maintained. Passive attic fans can last 40 to 50 years, while electric and solar models typically last 10 to 15 years. Regular cleaning and maintenance help ensure the fan operates reliably and safely. Ask your installation pro for their recommendations for ongoing maintenance and service to help your attic fan last for as long as possible.
