"Be prepared for an upsell or "grossly inflated" estimate on work you never asked to have done. I call this company for an estimate on installing a ceiling fan and received a $14,000 quote (Gold package) to have the whole home re-wired/updated. How did I get this whacky quote from simple ceiling fan installation? I had electrical work performed 2-3 years ago, so I know a complete re-wiring wasn't needed. Perhaps one or two items revisited, but certainly nothing major (i.e. whole-home). Be wise about your home repairs my fellow consumers folks. Just because a repair guy says you need something extra or in addition, doesn't mean it's true. Always get three estimates. I had my ceiling fan installed for $125"

"Cruz came and was awesome.   He analyzed the need and if it could be done.   We had prepped Sammy the owner about wanting a ceiling fan installed in our family room, but that there was not one in place.  We knew upfront that it might not work and was dependent upon there being beams in the right place in the ceiling.  Since this is a two story home, it was an unknown.  After Cruz looked at all of the ceiling and outlet layouts of the room and determined he could add the fan as well as another vacant switch it could be attached to.   We then asked to see if he could convert an old internet connection in the kitchen to an electrical outlet.   That too he accomplished.  Also very neat and clean with all of the work.  Laid a tarp on the wood floor in the family room to catch all of the dust and items that may be dropped. Highly recommend this vendor to others."

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"Jason Hopson and Team did an exceptional job—-the best work quality I have experienced in 35 years and the most reasonable prices. He does what he says at the price he says period! He his the total skill set to build a house from the ground up. No one has skills like his. Nobody. I was having a heck of a time getting my back french doors rebuilt as a lot of the wood had rotted. These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. Jason and team came down from Birmingham and did the job and now I get nothing but compliments on how beautiful they look. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. Hopson and team did an outstanding job both times to the point he is now the Go To Man for any project I have. He is always on time, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and loaded with expertise. "From first contact to finished product Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical everything was tremendous. The first call the problem was identified quickly and a detailed explanation was verbally provided and followed-up with a written document including photos. The estimator arrived the second day and performed another review of the system. Brian W. discussed several different options and provided the positives and negatives of each. He was extremely courteous and didn’t push the most expensive option. The installers showed up the next day on-time and took all precautions with our house and were extremely courteous. All representatives arrived on-time, the appointment text with names, arrival time and tracking is great and they all wore boot/shoe coverings anytime they entered the house. Highly recommend!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
