"Once I called, they quickly sent someone out to give me an estimate. They answered all my questions and informed me of how they would tackle the work. The estimate I received was nearly 1/3 less than a competitors work, and I liked that they would not be running any wires outside my house. The most "damage" there would be would be a small hole in my dining room ceiling to run wire up to an outlet upstairs. It took about 3 weeks, to get the job scheduled, but all along the company was informative (they were going to be a little later than anticipated the day of the work) and professional. The technician Joseph G and his assistant were amazing! Again, answering any questions I had the day of and the best part is, they didn't even need to make a whole in the ceiling. These electrical magicians were able to run the wire up and through the wall to the upstairs outlet. Needless to say, I would hire CW Electrical again in a heartbeat."

"Took 2 or 3 tries to get the ceiling fan correctly installed, but came out each time, no questions asks and kept their word. I would certainly use them again."

"It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."

"The person who came to do the job was not the one that gave me the estimate.
Apparently it was his brother in law. Along with him was his son, age 19. The son was left to remove old grout while father left for a short while. I could hear him on his cell carrying on a lengthy personal conversation. I let him know that he was there to work and not talk on the phone. I understand when a quick phone call is sometime necessary during work hours but this was a personal conversation that was quite lengthy and inappropriate behavior for an onsite job.
Although the regrout looked professional, he neglected to finish the caulk job that ran across the bottom of tub where it meets the floor.
I had asked the person who gave me the estimate to make sure this was redone as well. He assured me it would be. Although when I looked at work before writing the check, I pointed this out. He said he could do it if I preferred but I just wanted to put an end to the day
so I let it slide.
Grouting skills were good but need to brush up on their professional manner when working in a customer's house.

I needed my bathroom rewired and brought up to code and needed the outlets moved which would be more useful for my family and he also installed two new lights and a vent in the ceiling. The work was done in a few hours, he cleaned everything up and even left extra wire in case I wanted to move the light above the mirror.
