"Once I called, they quickly sent someone out to give me an estimate. They answered all my questions and informed me of how they would tackle the work. The estimate I received was nearly 1/3 less than a competitors work, and I liked that they would not be running any wires outside my house. The most "damage" there would be would be a small hole in my dining room ceiling to run wire up to an outlet upstairs. It took about 3 weeks, to get the job scheduled, but all along the company was informative (they were going to be a little later than anticipated the day of the work) and professional. The technician Joseph G and his assistant were amazing! Again, answering any questions I had the day of and the best part is, they didn't even need to make a whole in the ceiling. These electrical magicians were able to run the wire up and through the wall to the upstairs outlet. Needless to say, I would hire CW Electrical again in a heartbeat."

"Did excellent outstanding work installed new electrical box installed 15 light fixtures 3 huge ceiling fans replaced light switch with all of the light fixtures also did required rewiring as needed. "We could not have been more pleased with the work the Madden Brothers did to create our new master bath and closet. From beginning to end, the project was a great experience. We were actually sorry to see them go when the job was finished! When has that ever happened with a contractor? George and Brian gave us exactly what we wanted and did so in a professional, yet extremely pleasant manner. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. If that wasn't all, they left the workspace and house clean and vacuumed every single day and I can't tell you how great, and unusual, that was. Even the subs commented on how neat they were! "In the end, I'm very pleased with my bathroom. It looks great and I feel that I received good value for my money. Which is why I'd recommend and hire again. However -- I have seen houses go up faster than my little bathroom updates were completed. First the estimate -- Bob came out right away and promised me an estimate that night or the next morning, but it was several days later that I received a not-very-professional estimate (I'm used to line items in an estimate so I know what the costs are... and I should have insisted on a time frame for completion). Next the glass (3 weeks became more like 6 due to issues with the first vendor and other unknown reasons. My guess is that the owner is not as organized as he could be and things fall through the cracks and were forgotten for a few days or more). That being said -- he was EXTREMELY responsive... no text or call went more than five minutes without being returned. He also was certain to make sure I was happy, replacing a few tiles I thought might be cracked and in general wanting to have a satisfied customer which I am. Steve -- who did the work -- was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Finally, I think his price was very fair and my bathroom went from looking like an afterthought to a showpiece. If time is not an issue, I'd hire Avalon again. If it is, I still might hire them -- but I'd get them to commit to a timeline and stick to it."

"We originally called this company because of a word of mouth recommendation. Bernie came right away to give us our free estimate. After we compared several companies, we decided on Guyaux Roofing. They were about 4 weeks out, but we were in a position to wait due to the help of tarps on the roof. Two workers showed up promptly at 7a of the first day of work. The only request was for an outdoor power source. Only once through the process did they need access to the interior (we had to turn off power as we were getting a new attic fan installed, so they needed the breaker box). My husband works from home and he was quite impressed with the professionalism and ease of the accommodation. It took about 2.5 days to finish the whole roof. There were no hidden costs associated with the estimate. Everything was included in the estimate with exception of any replacement wood that would be needed (they wouldn't know how much until they got off the old shingles). It took about 2 days per response requested, so don't look for an immediate phone call after you leave a message. They do leave a sign in the yard for about a week, but we didn't mind as we were happy with the service. Overall we were very happy with the service."
