"We hired Tad to fix the light pull chains on two of our ceiling fans, after trying to fix them ourselves. He was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and did a great job on our fans --- he got everything working correctly and quickly, and even managed to undo the damage we had done ourselves, along with fixing a few extra problems we didn't even know we'd have along the way. Definitely hanging onto some business cards for the next time we need something, highly recommend!"

"Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job installing the AC, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before they left. They were respectful, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC installation!"

"Quick and clean servicing of my AC unit. I checked after he left and he even went the extra step to clean all the radiant vents which no contractor has done in the past. I give myself 3 stars for taking so long to review him but 5 stars for his performance. Just referred him to a friend for AC replacement."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Everything went well and was done in a timely manner. I was given an estimate prior to any work being done. Additional wiring was needed which entailed going in through the attic. I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism to the job."
