"Installed an outdoor pole light fixture and replaced light bulbs in three outdoor wall fixtures. He seemed very knowledgeable about the pole installation and the preparation and installation went very well. He also made recommendations for additional electrical upgrades/repairs to take into consideration and we were sold on installing surge protectors. Overall, the service was great but the work was a bit pricey; especially the cost to replace light bulbs."

"Our old system was 17 years old and needed a new compressor. We did have a Home Warranty but the company they sent to fix it diagnosed the problem and only gave an estimate to replace compressor. The serviceman explained the possible need for a whole new system due to age and cost of repeatedly replacing costly freon. The service man was honest and professional, but was limited in his ability to go further due to the warranty. He suggested getting several estimates to replace the whole system, including his own from the main office. I did call 3 different companies, including the original, but the only one who got back to me within 24 hours was Ierna's. They sent a supervisory tech, Marcus, the next day to diagnose the problem, and he agreed with the need to replace the whole system to save money in the future. He sat down with us and painted a realistic picture of several alternatives and gave detailed explanations of positive and negative reasons for each. He took the time to explain 3 levels of systems available and financing options with discounts. We decided to go with Ierna after reviewing our finances and selected their top of the line system since we wanted to stay in our house for at least another 15-20 years, and modernize what we had. They were also available to start the next day! From beginning to end, the system replacement took only 24 hours and easily passed code inspection. Kudos to Dale who supervised the install, very professional, and his team of Tay and Tyler, who efficiently and with great expertise, helped with the install. They also installed an additional short piece of duct to improve cooling of the front of the house. And cleaned up everything perfectly afterward!! Since we selected a wireless thermostat, we also have been working with Nate who specializes in them to connect it to a cellphones as a remote control. The system is so quiet!! And controls the inside temp much more evenly and easily than our old system. It will also save on our electric bill due to an internal computer driven variable temperature control. We have no regrets about our decision, and are pleased that they will also provide 2 years of regular maintenance checkups and warranty coverage up to 10 years! We even got a rebate from the Home Warranty for the cost of replacing the compressor. We definitely would recommend Ierna's to anyone needing AC service or replacement!"
