"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. "From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed.
Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority.
When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work.
In the end, we were left with beautiful ceilings. Mr. Sadock, Ygal, personally followed up with us each day to make sure we were pleased with all progress. He continually went over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work, and his employees. We appreciated the suggestions, courtesy, and care he afforded us, and our home. "Mohammad, is a master carpenter. He custom made most of the work in our condo. He designed a floating staircase. He made three Walnut and Alder vanities for us. In terms of design they are a sight to behold since they do not have any visible hardware. In addition he made a museum quality hand carved front door, which is the talk of the community. Finally, he also designed and installed a 32 feet by 14 feel wall with geometric wood work. I can not recommend him more highly. His kind of work and finish is unparalleled."

"John and Erna renovated two bathrooms for us. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was absolutely perfect. But that’s not all! Their design skills and communication were outstanding. We had to be out of town during the construction and they were fantastic about being in touch: we had frequent video meetings to see the progress and they were instantly responsive to any question. "I called last week to get some ideas on new floors for my house.  I was not ready to buy at that time, but wanted to do my research on flooring and start to get ideas on pricing.  Joel answered my questions and was very responsive to messages and then phone calls.  Joel offered to come by and talk me though all the ins and outs.  In all fairness I later found out he was close by in the area.  But still I liked that he came by and spent the time going over what makes one floor better than the other. 
Later after Joel left I went to Home Depot and Lowes to look at their floors.  I was glad that Joel went over the thickness so I could compare it to the bigger stores.  I ended up calling back later that night and placing an order with Floors Direct.  The pricing was great (great enough to just place the order now). 
The installers (Gabe and Chris) were on time and very professional.  They kept the place clean and were great to have around.  After the install the floors look great. WOW the color just popped and was incredible.  I am glad I went with the underlay and baseboard all at the same time (was going to do the baseboard myself).  It might just be me but the floors when you walk on them sound great and feel great.  I was worried about the thinner floors and the feel when you walk on them.  A few millimeters sure des makes a big different. 
Overall I am very happy that I called Floors Direct and Joel.  They spent the time educating me on the floors enough that I felt very good about the purchase.  I would recommend Floors Direct to anyone looking for new floors."
