Receptionist was very professional and friendly and within a minute confirmed they do in fact replace rooftop units. Since I know mine is 20+ years old, and needing replacement, I didn't want a service call-just a bid for a replacement. They want to still charge a $75 service call to give me a bid. Since I want 3 bids for the owners, that means $150 down the drain if every company charges a bid fee. I explained this and she politely explained that is their policy.
