I called their emergency number at about 9:30 AM and was quickly connected with Jeff. He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. It is nice to have a company filled with people who know what they're doing, and behave in a professional, responsible manner, on your side, especially in an urgent situation."

"VERY overpriced! $750 to replace a water pressure regulator. 1/2 hour of labor at most! Bell Plumbing's price was LUDICROUS! Will NEVER use it again! Only had the job done as I had no water pressure at all! Bell Plumbing is a RIP-OFF! Bell reduced the charge. The installer said a main water line valve was replaced .. it was not. Bell removed that from the original charge and lowered pressure regulator cost to correct amount. Work was done in a timely manner. Would consider Bell again once a refund is received!"

"It went very well. When I first called, they were kind enough to give me some troubleshooting ideas to try and fix it myself to avoid having to pay to have it repaired. Unfortunately it needed a new part so I wasn't able to fix it but I appreciated the gesture just the same. He was extremely kind and friendly. I would definitely use them again!
