OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. AFTER SPEAKING TO MY SON,I realized I did not have a chance to explore other companies for quotes and that I may have been high pressured to accept this expensive plumbing job . "Larry came and gave a second opinion to see if my daughter actually needed a u/v light installed for about$900 + so I called Larry from Angie"s List.He said no we do not really need one ,just a regular cleaning as some accumulation is normal.But he said his price would be $385 if it was needed. in the future.Larry is the owner and has no desire to up sell customers .This was my first experience with Larry and I am pleased with him being up front for not trying to sell me something we do not actually need..His good reputation is important to him and his reviews all see Larry as an honest professional.I would recommend Larry for a second opinion if you are ever in doubt as I was with the other company.."

"Johnny J. Doan was the only person that offered honest advice. My 14 year old water heater had the upper breaker "tripping" every other day. Early in the decision process, they quoted me a repair price (the lowest of the three I received) but recommended replacing the water heater. I took the advice of the "others", then had a "plumber friend" reach out and tell me that any repairs to my Kenmore would be a waste of money. I created a new project and have two appointments for estimates and water heater recommendations. Both vendors are coming to my condo and we are going to search for the best product for my budget.
