"The plumbers did a good job. They understood what needed to be done as far as removing the tub and fixing the leak, and provided an estimate before they left. The faucet replacement went smoothly. They explained that some parts I provided - the tubing for the faucet- could not be guaranteed by them, since they did not provide it, and they also have had some bad experience with the quick connectors popping off under pressure. I agreed to go with their parts, but then they found that the parts they had would not fit. They put on the parts I provided, in order to get the job done, and said they would provide their parts when they returned for the tub work. This seemed reasonable to me."

"I'm disappointed because I claimed Viking's deal for a Frost-Free Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement for $224, all labor and parts included. I was happy and excited about that deal! They called back a couple of days later and said that they couldn't give me the deal because I live in Woodbridge which is too far away from them. In fairness to them, the woman I spoke to was very nice and professional. Also, I know that Northern Virginia is a vast area. It's just a bummer because I pay good money to be an Angie's List Gold Member in order to be able to claim deals. I love Angie's List's deals! I hope other service providers won't deny me."

Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!
