He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. "Eric is very capable, and polite.  He worked quickly removing the old wiring and control, plus taking out the old motor and chain system.  Eric tightened all the wing nuts on the wooden garage door, and oiled the complete new system including the track it runs on.  Eric moved the garage control button to a new place, and explained to us the extra security features it had, that our old system did not have.  Eric worked quietly and in less than two hours he had the new system in and working well.  He laughed saying, "I can do this work in my sleep".  It was obvious he takes pride in his work and enjoys doing it!  I gave him a tip too.
