"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Friday night noticed water on garage floor in and around area of pressure valve of 15 year old water heater. <br /> Saturday called at 7:45 am, arrived 10:30 am work completed 11:45 am. <br /> Saturday night noticed water on garage floor in and around pressure valve of new water heater. <br /> Called Sunday 8:00 am, owner responded <strong>within an hour</strong>. Determined problem (not new water heater but it was just a matter of time) and provided immediate solution at no additional expense. <br /> OK, let me recap: <br /> - First call professionally responded to and repaired in record time. <br /> - Second call on a SUNDAY with response provided by OWNER. "Jared showed up and wasted no time in doing two things at once (draining the hot water heater and repairing a small fireplace gas leak). He educated me a little on what he was doing which is always helpful. He was also careful to keep his booties on, so as not to ruin the shiny wood floors. Highly recommend based on this experience."
