I had purchased the Air Conditioner from them four years ago and although it seemed expensive to replace the compressor, it was explained to me that the price included the manufacturer's warranty. So I proceeded with the repair. Some complications occurred during the repair, but the nature of the complications, and the solution, were explained to me by my Warley, the owner of the business. Because there was a weekend involved, it took a few days to repair. They graciously provided me with a temporary portable AC so i could wait a few days for the repair in comfort, for which I was very grateful. On Monday, Warley showed up to do the work himself, to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with the repair and their service, and the personal attention provided so that I would be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Vital AC."
