"The person who provided the quote and the people doing the work had vastly different ideas of what was possible. We had asked to level the driveway and front steps along with a small patch of bricks that connected the two. The edges of the bricks and concrete did not end up level with one another and the masonry cracked. We ended up having a mason come out to fix the bricked area. We were told that, for what we paid, we could have just had a new driveway poured."

"We had a flat roof that was leaking very badly and we could not use the patio. So we had the roof replaced and the patio enclosed with acrylic windows. Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. They suggested the acrylic windows and I am so happy we can now use the patio as an additional living space."

"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower.
