"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Find another dealer for your needs. I trusted Morgan Exteriors to replace the windows in my home and was considering having them do the same for the siding. However, if getting siding installed is anything like our experience with getting windows replaced, I would not recommend them at all. I have been lied to by the scheduler, the warehouse manager/project manager failed to properly conduct a review of the order placed or complete an accurate inventory of job materials. I have been waiting over a month for the remaining windows to arrive and even after multiple visits to measure and take pictures of windows to be replaced, errors were made and I now have to wait another month for that window to arrive as well. Shayna apologizes profusely and states she is taking action, however, those who she is dealing with are ignoring her and not doing what they should have in the first place. I have requested on four occasions now for a call from the owner since the problems started. Being lied to,"

"Luckily for Florida, 2025 was a quiet year from a hurricane perspective and we did not have to use the hurricane shutters through the season. Two weeks ago, when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving holiday, noticed a misalignment in one of the shutters preventing it from on the rail. I contacted the vendor via email and got immediate response. Repair assessment was scheduled for December 3rd after our arrival. Joel Batista called on us yesterday and identified the problem right away. Joel was back this afternoon with Lewis and solved the problem in a very thorough manner. He was very patient in explaining to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very pleasant person to work with. "They are really good at coming to your home and selling you these windows and will hover over you as you sign the sales agreement. Once that is signed, good luck. In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem? So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"
