"I called RC Windows & doors as we have used them previously to install a new door and to grease our sliding glass doors. I spoke to Ron on the phone and originally wanted him to come to repair the sliding door as it wasn't closing. I told Ron I know it probably was something stupid, but I didn't know how to fix it. Instead of just scheduling a service call, Ron was able to diagnose the problem (door was out of alignment) and he told me where the screw was located so I could correct the problem myself.
