Anthony Palermo gave me a fair price for the labor involved to complete my kitchen remodel. He also worked closely with my cabinet designer. He was always on the job site and returned phone calls. His work was perfection and exceeded my expectations. When my wife and I arrived at our condo after the job was complete we were pleasantly surprised how clean he kept our apartment. I have NO complaints with his craftsmanship or his work ethic and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home or apartment in south Florida..

"For over two years we’ve been extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Santho’s Home Repair, and will be using them in the future. Owner Santhos arrives at our home promptly and begins work immediately. Mr. Santhos listens and thinks each project through. He has done many jobs for us, all of them expertly. Examples include: Cleaning our clogged gutters and downspouts which is not easy as it has to be done via our roof but Mr. Santhos is meticulous and efficient. "Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"Nathan came and quoted for a garage makeover and also the epoxying of out screened patio floor. Nathan gave us a good price for both but we decided to go with the patio floor first. The guys, James and Travis arrived on time if not earlier and got to work straight away. They ground down the floor to a smooth finish on the first day. There was a lot of dust generated but they did such a good job vacuuming up the dust it was not an issue. The second day the epoxy flooring was installed and it took only about 4 hours. It looks AMAZING!! We couldn't be happier. This is a class act company and we are looking forward to our garage makeover! Thanks, Nathan for a job well done!!"
