"Once again, Nilson and his team come through with that truly "Master Touch." I have been using Master Touch for my pool at my house in Pompano Beach for 5 years now. They have done a lot of work..... new diamond brite resurfacing, LED pool light, regular pool service and maintenance, and now just recently a very complex project which involved upgrading my pool heater to WiFi control. It took some time to get the parts from AquaCal, and then they had to call in a specialist for the install because it involved changing out the pool heater main board, but Master Touch was able to get it installed working perfectly. And now I can control my pool heater with an app on my phone which is very slick and convenient. Always very professional and great to work with them. Also nice that Nilson gives you his personal cell phone number and you can call him anytime. How many other pool companies do that? A+++"

"I recently purchased a home with a pool that required extensive repairs. I had 5 local pool companies come to assess the repairs. They were mostly all late or a no show for their appointments. I was either talked down to, disrespected, found them difficult to communicate with or quoted prices that seemed very high and unfair. I was quite frankly not happy with any of them. Then we called Bluewater Pools and Kevin returned the initial call in less than one minute. We made an appointment for the next day and Kevin was actually a few minutes early. He was very polite, respectful, helpful and I immediately felt very comfortable with him and Bluewater Pools. He gave us a quote that was significantly less than any of the others we received. He said that he would be able to begin the project in 7 days and actually started within 5 days. I was so impressed with how they run their business and how they schedule the work as every day they sent a different specialized crew. They drained the pool and within the next days various crews came in and replaced the broken skimmer, acid washed the surface, undercut the tiles, applied Bondkote to the entire pool, resurfaced with certified Diamond Brite material, replaced the tiles with beautiful new ones and added tiles on the stairs. They also replaced the main drain. On the 5th day Brian came and installed a brand new heater, new pool pump and new salt system. They certainly know how to run a business and Kevin is as efficient as a conductor of the philharmonic orchestra. All the work was completed in just 5 days and then Matt took over and took excellent care of the pool during the 3 week startup procedure. Matt also did an excellent job installing a brand new LED light fixture, and added the salt when he felt the time was appropriate to do so. I strongly feel that Bluewater Pools is run like a well oiled machine. I’d like to thank Kevin, Brian, Matt and their entire crew, who all pitched in to make my pool look beautiful and like brand new. I highly recommend this company for any pool repairs and renovations."

"They provided a brand new pump and filter. They put in the Diamond Bright on the bottom of the pool. They resurfaced the pool (blue), installed hydraulic cement, pentair and the pump. Replaced the tile inside the skimmer. Ricky Sr. and Jr., Raymond, Jason and Darnelius did an excellent job. They were polite, punctual and professional.
