"First Response Plumbing was at my home last Monday.Punctual they showed up 30 minutes early.They saved my wife and I $75.00 she had called another company a few days earlier for an estimate.My wife was greeted by their plumber who serviced the call. I was not home and I appreciate his efforts to be on time offer a great price courteous and had the job finished in a reasonable time frame.I will recommend First Response Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional company that service south Florida.Thank you!"

"I hired this plumbing contractor to insulate the plumbing he had re-piped earlier due to a flood that occurred right after I bought my house. Steven Rodberg rerouted the plumbing through the attic, which led to a persistent issue. I asked him to return and insulate the cold water line from the main supply throughout the attic to all faucets. Despite this, the water from my kitchen faucet still runs at 96 degrees. After paying him $6,675 for these repairs, I found out he never insulated the kitchen's water supply, and the temperature remains unchanged. He has since become unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails, ignoring numerous messages and emails I sent to address this issue."

"I called this company for a water heater leakage issue. They came for a free estimate and told me the leak was coming from the water heater, that it was not repairable, and needed to be replaced. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I trusted the ?Angi-approved? professionals and went ahead with the replacement. The very next day, after installing a new tankless water heater, the leak was still there. I called them back, and this time they said the leak was actually coming from inside the wall. They asked for an additional $350 just to open the wall and check the problem. When I asked why they replaced the water heater if the leak wasn?t from there, their answer was simply that the heater was old and ?needed to be replaced? and that the full pan of water was proof, yet no pan was ever installed to begin with. They then claimed the wall issue was unrelated and required extra payment. This was extremely disappointing. Not only was the problem misdiagnosed, but I spent more than I needed. "

"My thermostat died. The technician installed a new thermostat which turned out to be defective. After back & forth, he was finally willing to replace it. Then he told me that my freon was low and said he filled it up. He got very upset with me when I wanted to pay for the thermostat and freon separately. He said that the freon would be $200. When I said I'd pay for it with a check separately, he became very upset, stating that $200 would do nothing for him.??? Huh? I thought I was paying the company, not him individually. What??? Then he later told me to forget about sending the check. What??? Now we are at the 4th home call to replace the 3rd thermostat. And it's Not the thermostat I requested from the beginning of this debacle, but some cheap variation of Honeywell. Still paying the original cost of the thermostat, I now have #3 thermostat and waiting to see what happens. Oh, I have asked the manager to call me several times, and he never has. I will never have anything to do with this company again. Premier Comfort A/C is more like Worst A/C ever!"

"My wife and I purchased a 1987 home with a horrible floor plan and a kitchen that would require a complete tear-out. The kitchen walls were angled with jogs, drop ceiling and loose floor tiles. We knew that walls and drop ceiling had to be removed making the lanai part of the main living area. After much research, we contacted S&W Kitchens of Tampa and met with Lacie Rice. Lacie was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the process and very attentive to our needs. Her ideas and design expertise created an awesome floor plan and a fabulous kitchen. Joe was a perfectionist with the installation of our beautiful kitchen cabinets topped with crown moldings. A large island was created with a space for a beverage fridge that my wife and Lacie talked me into, and they were right :). Daniel Neris of S&W Kitchens oversaw the contractors during construction and both Lacie and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the workmanship met the high quality standards promised by S&W Kitchens.
