Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off.
