"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"Ken has an eye for detail and he was able to articulate repairs need to keep your unit running for the long term. His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"Fontana Brothers responded to my Carrier Air Conditioner issue, Andre was very patience and seemed to be very knowledgeable. A solution involved the ordering of parts and which was handled quickly. "My AC wouldn't cool and a repairman from a different company diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. To get a second opinion, I called Larry Trost and he came over the same day and found it was just a bad wire. Larry got the AC running within 15 minutes!"

"I love the honesty pronto was my third estimates the 2 before telling me 1 said i need new unit $8000.00 next $1400.00 pronto $100.00"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great service as always! Took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 15, 2020 to have the front struts replaced and an Alignment. About 3 days ago (Feb 24th) the passenger side wheel started making a popping noise when driving at speeds under 30 miles per hour. Called Coachman and they said to bring it in. Took it in this morning and they immediately took it in to find and correct the issue. Within about 1 hour got a call that the problem had been found and corrected. No charge at all to fix I have used Coachman over the years on various vehicles and always feel like they are very honest and do great work at reasonable prices and have frequently recommended them to friends. I will certainly use them again and continue to refer friends to them. Thanks Coachman Automotive Team!"
