The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). "Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property. 
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.

All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs.
