"The house is 60+ years old and so needs attention from time to time.  The caulk around some of the windows as in need of repair, and other holes had been left uncaulked where old electrical and gas pipe work had been done.  Dave completed all the work within the time arranged for the work, doing a good job.  He also identified a loose hardware cloth screen covering the window in front of the attic fan that should be replaced and noted where touch up paining is going to be needed.

Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes.
