"This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. "We had a leak in our 12 year old water heater so had Your Home Services come out to take a look. It was leaking all over the place so they advised we replace with a new unit. Everything went smooth, great service all around and a pretty quick install. It happened on New Year's Eve so we had to wait until after the holiday, but that's totally understandable. All around happy with the work and will use them again for future plumbing (and A/C) needs."

"We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!"

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.
