"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) "Edian and his crew were so professional and kind. I say kind because we did not have a general contractor so Edian had to deal directly with me-the homeowner. I have no experience in project management and our kitchen project was a complete gut job-down to the studs including the floor. Edian was patient with me and discussed all my concerns - as small and as big with a smile and kindness. He even got down on the floor with me to discuss the threshold situation we had from tile to wood floor. No question was too stupid for him to answer. We had a huge delay midway thru the project -we discussed our options - made a plan and Edian followed through. Meaning he stopped our project for several weeks and returned on the day he said that he would. I can not say enough about the work. My kitchen is gorgeous. I would hire him again when we need more work done. I have done many renovations and at the end of the job - I hate the contractor—not this time. I would have him for dinner!!!!"
