"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

"I have a softener that I have had for at least 15 years that I purchased and had installed by Roger and Purely Water. After having the well pump and tank replaced, I had so much iron sediment that the water was brown and I was concerned about clogging the filter to the water softener, so I called Roger. He walked me through what the well company had done to cause the brown water (added chlorine) and what I needed to do to purge it. He thoroughly explained the cause, no one knows more about water than Ron! At the end of the call, I wasn't charged for his advise and was told if I needed him to come out he would be glad to do so. This is the most ethical business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Please do yourself a favor and contact them for all your water conditioning needs!"
