"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"The Black Ops pro arrived sooner than expected, listened to my concerns and understood I wanted to know if repair (parts replacement) was all I needed or replacement of my entire water heater was necessary. Turned out I needed an entire unit. While it was up to code at the time I purchased it many years ago, it would not meet today's code. The unit was also leaking - not enough to create a puddle on the floor outside its storage area but that was obviously coming. Everything was explained in full detail and all my options discussed fully. The pro took his time, answered all questions and since they were working in the area told me the job could be completed today. The quote for everything, including disposal of the old unit, was more than reasonable. A total of 4 servicemen were involved. All were professional and personable, answering questions along the way. Everything about my new unit was explained in detail. Black Ops should be your choice without any doubt!"

"VERY knowledgeable, polite, reasonable, and quick to respond!!! I called to inquire one day. He came that same afternoon to inspect and quote a price. By 11am the next day, I had a new water heater and toilet installed and working perfectly for almost half the 'estimated' price that another guy was going to charge! He even did a repair job under the house at no extra charge. I would recommend Jimmy(the owner] to ANY & ALL!!!"
