"They did an excellent job from appointment to estimate to the work being done. They use a high level of materials much better than the other estimates and the workers were very courteous. Great job!!!!"

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"They were on time and did the job pretty quickly. After an hour that they finished the work, it rained. Until now, it's still raining so I can't say much about the quality yet. Their work was under warranty so I'll just call them if needed."

"The bedroom floor of our 85 year old house bounced like a trampoline. I called Marty Lee, Owner of Arkansas House Levelers to give me an estimate to stop the bouncing. He came by that afternoon and explained what needed to be done and priced the job. He said he needed a weeks notice to do the job when I am ready. I called and he came within 3 days and poured the concrete footings. Due to rain he could not come back the next day to finish but as soon as he could return he did. Now our floor is as solid as a new build and we walk through the bedroom every chance we get. This was the greatest fix for the money in a long time. <br />"

"As we prepare our house for sale, Eric helped us immensely with his prompt response to give us an estimate with a professional and realistic assessment of how he could lift our sidewalk to proper height to the front step and correct the bad tilt it had. He scheduled us at his first available opening within the week. When the work was completed the sidewalk was lifted 4" at least and the slope corrected perfectly. There were no hidden add-ons to the quoted price even though more material was needed than expected. This work was done so efficiently and cleanly (and they cleaned up) that as far as we are concerned there was no cost comparison to the noisier, dirtier, longer, more labor intensive idea of replacement. In short, it was quick, effective and helped the value on our house. Thank you!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Branson, MO

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
