They replaced hardie siding sheets on 2 sides of our house, as well as replaced all the rotted trim wood around all the windows and around the exterior where needed. They also power washed all the exterior, caulked and painted the exterior. Will recommend them for any projects anyone may need done. I will be using them for any other future projects that we may need in the future."

"The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

Kevin mentioned that there might be some additional concerns due to the existing rotten siding. Once the siding was removed, we established a fair price for the structural repairs and they were done quickly. The job took 5 days and my house is updated and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Kevin and his company to anyone looking to do these improvements. A couple things I learned from this experience: there may be some damage that is not visible until the existing siding is removed, be sure you talk about that possibility and what the costs might entail; also budget in for new exterior light fixtures and a new doorbell, because your house will be so nice that you won't want to put the old fixtures back on.

They gave me an excellent bid price and even after I looked at the damage in better light and told them there was more to be repaired, they still didn't charge me more. They showed up exactly on time, assessed the situation, obtained the necessary materials, and completed the job right away. They actually saved us money because they did such a good job of reattaching the garage door rails that we did not have to call out a garage door repair place.
