The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes.
