But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! The work was expensive, but I think that was just the nature of the job. It's an underground pipe, so I guess time will tell whether he did a good job. I have had several large projects done by Black Hills, water heater, and heating/ AC, so I decided to use them for this small project to replace an existing kitchen faucet. We had two leaks and he had a crew come in and open up the walls professionally, found the leak in one and fixed it and found the other leak but we determined it was better to replace our bathtub completely as it was an old jetted tub that didn’t work. His crew did amazing work and he answered all of my calls when I called with questions and never left me hanging trying to find parts and a tub that would work in our space. He even helped with picking out tile as our situation was difficult to match tile that was already there. We were so happy we have recommend him to a neighbor who used him and loved him and a friend who used him and loved him. We will use his company for any future plumbing or remodeling needs! He also helped diagnose a faulty hot water heater and replace it for us at the same time and the electrician he uses will soon do some other work for us as he was top notch as well!"
