"Had huge foundation problems at a project of mine on the waterfront. We used terrafirma to both waterproof the entire basement AND lift the foundation. 10/10 would recommend. extremely communicative, very knowledgeable, and even brought a crew in from Oregon to help us stay on schedule. Oscar and jorge got the job done extremely quickly and Seth was fantastic as my project manager. "

"4.5 stars overall for removal of concrete slab/stairs and pouring of new 10' long, 4 foot deep foundation wall. Result was excellent. Crew was considerate and trustworthy. It was expensive for me, but cheaper than the other bids I got. Communication was not great over email. There were a number of times I wasn’t replied to at all or got a partial response. I let them know and they said they’ll work on that. I recommend communicating via text instead which worked much better."

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

"We had a foot of water in our crawl space after the snow and 6 in. of rain from the December 2021 storms. I had called several companies to come out to take a look and give quotes. Ethan from diversified was the 3rd quote we received. Ethan explained the issue, explained what they would do to remedy it, and answered all my questions. He sent me the quote which was very resonable. BE SURE TO GET SEVERAL QUOTES. ONE COMPANY QUOTED US DOUBLE OF WHAT WE PAID DIVERSIFIED. They were able to get a team out two days later. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day. I highly recommend these guys and did my research prior to having them do the work. I am very impressed and happy we chose them."

"The workers were on time. Very efficient. They did a blower door test and found the air leaks and insulated these areas. Blew installation above the garage, cleaned out the crawl space and put new installation there and basement. Found a water leak from my toilet,Thank goodness. Covered everything in the basement and swept and cleaned up after. I would recommend them!"

"The owner of the business came out for the initial estimate appointment and quickly came up with a plan. By the end of the day, I received an emailed estimate to complete the job and the price was much more reasonable than the other 2-3 companies who bid on the job. We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in just in the nick of time! While on the job, the crews ran into some unforeseen issues and had to quickly come up with a plan to be able to complete the job and they certainly delivered! I would highly recommend Chumley for any structure or foundation repairs you may need."

"Joseph arrived on time and explained to me everything he was going to do. His audit included a furnace inspection, attic inspection, testing of the bathroom fans, thermal-imaging of the walls, testing of electrical outlets, canned lights and other openings for energy leakage, and finally, a blower motor test. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At the end of the audit, Joseph produced a written report that he went over with me. He discussed improvements I could do myself, and improvements that would be worth having a professional do, and which improvements were a lower priority. He also left me with a written estimate of improvements to my attic, including new insulation, can light shielding and replacement of a PVC pipe that was connected to one of my bathroom fans. There was no pressure from him regarding having any work done, or using his company to do the work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CSCP is on Puget Sound Energy's contractor list. Joseph did not mention this. I found this out when I was looking for contractors to bid on my attic insulation. This was important to me, as the work done by PSE contractors must conform to a certain standard. PSE also offers a rebate if your current insulation is less than 4" deep. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />While the estimate prepared by Joseph was not totally comprehensive, excluding specifics such as the number of can lights to be shielded, it was a good starting point. If you choose to have CSCP bid on your job, they will send out an estimator. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The energy audit really helped me prioritize what I needed to do to my house, and based on what other companies are charging, was an excellent value. Joseph was friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend CSCP to perform an energy audit of your house. <br />"
