He put me on his schedule, showed up on that date (even a little early) and in less than two hours had the issue fixed. Not only that, but he advised the type of 2-wire Romex that had failed was not the proper wire for an underground application. He pulled about 75 feet of the proper wire through the conduit and even installed a junction box at my street light for a clean installation. Costly you think? Not in my opinion!
