"Install went well. They were quick, prompt and professional. Always showed up when they said they would. Cost was right on the estimate, no surprises."

"From first contact to finished installation our experience with this company was perfect, outstanding. We purchased a home and needed a new HVAC system. A new HVAC system sounds like a hassle, but these folks made it easy. Trinity, Jeff, Erik, Colton, and Austin are so professional and just a pleasure to have in your home, they go out of their way to be helpful. If every company was like this one the world would be a better place. Highly recommend. Look no further, use these guys!"

"As a real estate agent - I am always looking for reliable vendors to help me with my client's needs. Trevor and his crew have always been professional and easy to work with. I have used them in my personal home as well. I highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!"

"I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

"Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Excellent work on our mountain home. They provide the highest quality work and made sure everything was per code. Everything looks great, job was completed very quick and we will certainly call on them to do future work. Great communication including progress and final pictures too!

"He explained the problem, took pictures, showed me what needed to be done, and told me he would report the hvac installer for incorrectly installing my new unit. He completed the repairs promptly and was very polite."

"The technician was very thorough & we were impressed with his work ethic."

"

The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.
