"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"Excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about Xavier. He was on time and when the problem was a leaky faucet, he came back again when I had the new faucet to instal it. A very professional outfit and great service. I will surely be calling them again if I have a plumbing issue at my apartment."

"The work was done as promised. The workers were pleasant, skilled and neat. Andrea was on the job each day to set up the work with his foreman (Raffy) and was immediately available with any issue that arose. Each day the team left my home as clean as possible. I was kept informed throughout the process and my need to access key areas of the kitchen and the bathrooms was factored into the job. I would highly recommend this firm."

"Installation was smooth ..done professionally...clean. Friendly, honest and followed up on Installation to make sure everything was working properly."

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. We will not be hesitating to call him in the future - our go-to-guy for all plumbing needs."

"Hassan was professional, honest and reasonably priced. He replaced my water heater from a 75 gallon to a 50 gallon tank without any hidden fees or extras. Hauled out debris and old tank . No problems so far. Highly recommend!"

"He did an awesome job! I was very pleased and I will definitely use him again."

"The actual job was quickly and efficiently done, but unfortunately the heating system would not come on afterwards when cold weather arrived. When we discovered this, they came back and spent almost a day working trying to get it up and running. Eventually it turned out it was something simple and quite unrelated to the work they had done. They called someone else to get it fixed, and refused to accept any payment for their return visit!
